Hi having had few problems with starting ie: the normal immobilising issues and suchlike which i have overcome by purchasing sync mate. great little tool. i am now replacing the r/f unit for the updated version. My question is when i replace this unit is it straight forward or will it need to be re-set in anyway ie: will the sync mate do this or does it need to be main dealer thing.I would be really grateful for answer to this as i would like to fit the new unit asap.
and don't want to fit and then find motor stuck on drive.
