I got fairly peed off when one of the mags ran an article on crossing Morecombe Bay in Land Rovers. Granted they had the man himself, Cedric Robinson, with them, but the last thing the local emergency services need is a bunch of copy-cat numpties trying the same thing unassisted. These folks were bluddy lucky - plenty of others aren't.
