Hi i have a 2 inch lift springs on my truck with 3 inch shocks i have cranked trailing arms and standard front radius arms would you consider changing them will it cause any probs with this setup?

No you'll be fine. Mate of mine was running a 4" lift on standard front arms till he put an Mib flex kit on it.
I'm running a 3" lift with just standard front arms and long drop shocks and mounts etc.
Only thing you find is it will handle a little vague. Or if you boot it up a hill and try turn it will understeer as it's trying to turn the wheels at an angle not flat if that makes sense???
