One of my front wheels looks like the camber is pulling the top in. Is this possibly a symptom of a swivel pin or swivel bearing issue?

Yes, just jack it up and give it a good pull/push to see where the play is

Quit likley,depending on the year of production top bearing will be a [rakio] plain bush or a taper roller bearing.Lower is a taper roller on all.
