I, too fear to HG failure, so I thought I would be proactive and pick up a new Thermostat for my Hippo.... So, I am poking around looking for it... Is this damn thing actually UNDER the exhaust manifold? Please tell me I'm wrong...

Sweet, so I have a job of work ahead of me. That's cool.

I guess I will try to get my F4 code cleared... I am guessing the two 2/4 solenoids have gone out or the ECU needs to be reprogrammed.

Does anyone have any Gearbox tips or bits of wisdom they would like to share?

Anybody swap the solenoids out before?

as most folk on here are in the Uk and the time of your question was mid way through the night. i suggest that you contact admin and ask why the duty gaylander technician wasn't at his post to answer your query when you asked!

The quality of the Gaylander demands a 24 - Hour service tech.

Please tell me its 1.8 not KV6 because your signature says 2.5L...
