hi all,
So I'm loving the L322. So much nicer than the P38 I used to have,
It's running well and I'm slowly working my way through the list of issues.
Next.
The steering wheel has more movement than I'd like, no where near as much as my disco 1 but hey.
If I turn the wheel left to right or vice versa there is some movement before it turns the wheels.
It's only maybe an inch movement either way but when driving it makes it feel worse, the play has no resistance against it making me think it's more column than in the steering linkages, maybe I'm wrong, any suggestions?

Steering rack wear is not uncommon on the L322.... But I'd check the tie rod joints from the rack to the hubs first....then the column UJs then finally the rack.
