Hi All,
This probably more of a general question for any vehicle, but.. anyone come across a good repair product for a crack in a coloured bumper. Mrs Bagshot has given the thumbs up for the Orville to be resprayed up..(Yeehaa..!!! That's gonna be a thread all it's own.) and one task is the front bumper has a crack right on the corner, just below the indicator. Need something that will hold together and can be finished.
Answers on a postcard..

What would i do?
Take it off, press it together so it's barely visible, then bend some paperclips to shape and sink them into the plastic with a soldering iron, cover over with some fibreglass. Finish the front side as normal
But that's just me, there's probably much better ways to do it

Cost effective.. I'll give you that..!

Hi Bagshot,
I would advise using a Polyurethane bumper repair kit, many are available via bay of e or just google and view some YouTube vids. This is exactly what the car body and mobile repairers use. The best part is it's very flexible, can be sanded and painted really easily. Hope the project goes well.
Tricky.
