whats going on then gav? my vaporiser froze yesterday no water going to it car cut out and everything

i'm just trying to set the bloody thing up, its similar to a carb in some ways but very different in others, it seems i just cant get the jist of how it should perform!!! i'll sort it one way or another!!!

if yer vap freezes, then either it was set to gas too early, doubtful on a p38 as they get to temp quite quick, or its air locking and not pushing the air lock out, if its t'd into the heating system then clamp the pipes that go to the metal bits at the bulkhead(not the metal bits tho!!! obviously) and run the car on petrol, it should pump the water through with a bit more force and clear the air lock.

on mine there is a bleed screw too, its at the bottom tho strangely, unless the vap is upside down!!!

ive put my own bleed screw in the pipe work to the vap, saves a whole load of messing around!
