Hi,

anyone get any do's and dont's when changing the PAS pump, never done one b4 Its on a 200 tdi

Don't let any junk get into the pipes, clean the area well before starting.

They are self bleeding. When you reconnect all the pipes fill up the bottle to the required level. Start the engine turn the steering lock to lock, turn off, check the PAS oil level. Top up as neccessary. Job done.
