Just a quick one, does anyone know how much pas fluid a 200tdi with a 4 bolt steering box requires? If just replaced the box and the system is pretty much empty.

I don't know the amount off hand but you only fill it about half way up the reservoir.

Two liters should get you there - the system is not that big if you think about it. Really, all you have is the contents of the hoses, pump, the valves in the steering box and the reservoir.
