I am currently up in Filey competing in trackrod rally running 300tdi engines in defence 90’s. One vehicle has managed to loose the banjo bolt from the back of the injector pump. Does anyone locally have a spare I can have (or borrow) for the day to be able to continue to compete.

Have you managed to sort this out?
Could you drill a long bolt ?

That is exactly what we did and just wound it into the soft aluminum as did not have a fine thread bolt. It did the trick for the event, and ring wiring terminals make very good replacements for the correct copper washers!
Was good enough to embarrass one of the new Bowlers that was there by proving 30year old diesel on a ladder chassis is better than modern petrol and monocoque.
