Hello and thanks for the warm welcome to Landyzone. I have a 2016 disco 4 tech SE and had problems with intermittent parking sensors for the past year since purchase. They have finally given up altogether and I now get a 5 second ‘loud’ beep when I start the car up. What can be done? Is it the usual wiring loom issue under the rear bumper or a faulty sensor? I have a warranty with AUTOGUARD so is it worth a diagnostics to see if it can be covered on warranty?
Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
Amazing vehicles these disco’s but would be nice to get rid of the gremlins!

Welcome to Landyzone. I can't help much with your reverse sensors question, I just tend to use mirrors or wait for a bump sound. I think these problems tend to be due to a faulty sensor though.

if the sensors are working you can feel them pulse if you put your finger over them.
