hi all, i took the o/s front door card off today as i suspected the regulator was on its way out and i couldnt believe what i saw, the window regulator had riped a section of the metal away as one of the rivets and broken off.

Anyway ive done a temporary fix until i order a new one but i noticed that the fittings are a bit worn out and want to change these aswell, its the little blue plastic ones that pop onto the regulator arms and sit inside the runners on the glass, does anyone know the part number/correct name or a place i can order these from. Thanks.

The blue plastic guides with wire clips fitted are part no. ALR 1051 around £2.00 each. Should be able to get them from Rimmer Bros. or your main stealer

No probs.. If you require any other part nos. just shout!!
Better off forgetting about replacing the pop rivets...either use Rivnuts & screws or small screws, nuts & washers instead.

yeah ive fixed it back on with screws, nuts and washers adn will fit the new regulator on with them aswell. Another question is ive still got to get round to downloading the rave manual, but what im after is does it have all the part numbers in it? would be real handy if it does!

No... you need EPC or Microcat (Parts Catalogue to idiots like me), which is a big file.

For starters, you could get Rimmer Bros. to send you their P38 parts manual and price list..it's FOC.
