I was wondering if it is possible to fit P38 door cards into a 300Tdi D1 5 door? I know RRC cards will fit, but they're pretty rare and usually damaged - P38 ones are cheap and plentiful

I'll rephrase my question just in case...

I like the look of the Range Rover P38 door cards and was wondering if they'd fit a 300Tdi. I know the Range Rover Classic doorcards will fit, but I was wondering if the P38 ones will as well - I haven't read of this being done anywhere so I'm assuming they are incompatible, but just in case someone has done it, I thought it'd be worth asking.
