Have read other threads on the p38 door actuator but cannot find an answer.
I understand that there are three different front door actuators over the life of the model and mainly to do with their electrical connection.
However are they the same mechanical fixing and operation. Therefor for a temp fix as my f/n/s lock has siezed in the superlock position with door closed can I use the wrong electrical connection spare that I have and manualy lock and unlock door just to get it through MOT. No wires will be connected.
Thanks
