Am awaiting my new Intercooler but have noticed my black puff out the back is getting a bit more prominent (ooeer misses)

So decided to plug in the Solus Ultra

As per title I have a non fatal (no EML Warning Light) code of P09F6 - Railpress Control During Cranking

My money is on a dribbling injector

Anyone else had this one yet

You got an EGR fitted or you bypassed it yet ?

Not done anything on the car at all since the Autobox and EAS valve block

All standard except the DPT Tuning Box (been on over 6 years)

Is the smoke still there with the tuning box disconnected ?

As the tuning boxes intercept the signals to the injectors tricking the system to inject more fuel

Over fueling could be the cause

Is it black smoke ?

Car is taking slightly longer cranking to start and whilst reading fuel pressure on Live Data the pressure has to increase then it starts

Hence my money is on a dribbler !!

Definetly black (over fuel) puff of smoke on initial acceleration

What are the cylinder compensation values showing when its idling ?

Didnt look if those values are shown on the Solus Ultra

Will look tomorrow see if I can monitor it as it should point me to the potentialy faulty injector

More than 5 shakes is a ****. If you still find you dribble consider tucking your chap in the waist band of you boxers.
