Thanks for that Saint , I have just ordered a kit ,my car runs fine does not smoke no oil light in fact the oil light goes out almost straight away the started is turned but if I let it warm up and stick my head under the front bumper you can heard the bottom end chattering .
Relief valve is integral to the front timing chain cover, there are two of them....I am sure I had a post or thread showing them and them also being taken out and measured.

It is doable with it still fitted, access can be tight mind. Also, the cap can get stuck, so remove the circlip and using a screwdriver up the filter bowl lever against the spring and you should be able to pop the cap off by adding spring pressure.
Not sure on the correct length, (its in RAVE) but once you have the cap off, pull the spring out and measure it, this is what confirms the amount of pressure that hold the relief valve in place....once the oil pressure increases beyond the spring tension it opens the valve. If the spring is too short, the valve opens too soon, if it is too long, pressure can be too high and cause it to blow past oil seals etc.
For some reason 62mm rings a bell, but check RAVE for the right measurement.
