hi peeps well gone back to p38 with lpg , just a quick question ,ive been driving it on petrol for past 2week [cuz boss can,t be arsed to put lpg in]ive noticed its slow to pick up when pulling out at junctions its a1 on lpg any ideas:nothingtoadd:

multi point or single point ?

When was the LPG filter last changed ?

multi point ,filter changed last wednesday it runs fine on lpg its just on petrol i get the problem.

by the way its a 2001 blue like yours..

Ah ok. I get you. Have you checked the HT leads and spark plugs? LPG has a higher octane rating than petrol (102-108) so anything detrimental will be exacerbated under petrol load.

looking at it from a petrol only perspective, what will cause performance to reduce..

Good point. i run injector cleaner though from time to time and give a short blast on petrol

well been on injector cleaner for a while car just gettin worse so did a service plugs and all no different so im thinking fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump any way of checking before i throw more money at it.

Only affected petrol running though? Interesting. Think there was another thread like that recently.
