Been toying with gettin a Landy of some description for years.
Circumstances have come good and I've "inherited" a '96 Disco 300tdI off a mate who drove it to Iceland (and back). He's planning another overland for it, but I've got it permanent 'til that happens (if it does).
Planning to board out the back to make a two level load space - lower area for luggage, top area for dog.
Already started planning/drawing this and have thought about internal window guards. I've seen them for circa £250 for three windows but thinking I could draw up and get laser cut and powder coated cheaper myself (we'll see), which will also give me flexibility in design.
If all goes to plan, I'll post piccies of finished items.
