car fine for first 20mile then gradually became louder, by the time i got home it sounded like a bag of spanners, looking under bonnet their is oil splatterd all over, the oil level ant droped too much, and its not long had rocker gasket seal replaced, any ideas?

yu is dertermined to get out of this challenge - int ya?

dint ya think of stopping long before yu got home - to see if it was serious?

I'm afraid it sounds like Head gasket or big ends, Without actually seeing it. If it'll still start run the engine with the bonnet up, and check to see where the oil is coming from. Also check the underneath of the oil filler cap for a gooey looking mess. Make sure you've got water in the header tank. And check exhaust for excessive steam and or smoke.

right no gunk roud oil cap, just black, no smoke, only on start up, started first turn, cant c any obvious leeks, but oil level has gone down, would it help if i emailed u a pic you know what ta luk 4, or talk me through checking other stuff.

Yep post a picture. It could be your turbo chucking a wobbly when you turn it off does it try to run on afterwards.??

Reet the pics dunt really show where the oil has erupted from. But I'm assuming it's from the filler cap? In which case you have excess crankcase pressurisation. This pressure is forcing the oil up the thru the engine and out the cap. try running it and lift the dipstick keep yer face away from the dipstick tube and see if it's blowing oil out of the dipstick tube. if it is it's almost certainly blown head gasket across an oilway and the gasses from the engine instead of going out yer exhaust are been forced down into the sump, which in turn forces the oil out of your engine. It could be worn or broken rings. But head gasket sounds the likeliest. Either way it's gonna need looking at by a mechanically minded chap with a garage. have a chat with Lee from barton, That I put you onto before.

Main causes of excess oil pressure
