Does anyone know why I have a leak coming from what appears to be either of the two gearboxes on a Land Rover Defender 300.
Well, they're often a little leaky. How severe is it? Clean everything up as best you can and then it will be possible to see where it is coming from more easily. Common points are the seals where the front and rear propshafts come out and the seal(s) between the primary gearbox and the transfer case.

Oil leaks! We prefer to call them underbody self lubrication points.
