I noticed a leak between the gearbox and IRD. I suspect the O ring on the outputshaft (IRD shaft which is going in the gearbox). Is the O ring keeping the gearbox oil in the gearbox?Can that be the cause? and can I repair this without taking the whole IRD out?
The O is suppose to stop the gearbox oil from escaping
