I have a VERY old analogue Avo Mk7 maybe give that a try thank you
I thought that meter would not move fast enough to show the injector pulse

I doubt a DVM would show much unless it has a setting for frequency or pulse, the sample rate is quite slow on the cheap DVM's, The Avo stands a good chance, I can't remember the voltage ranges on the AVO 7 but set it to a bit less than 12 volts and you should see the needle flick
