On pressing the horn I hear a relay click but no horn.checked the fuse,its ok.Electrics are not a strong point.Could it be the horn itself ?

remove connector from horn and put lightbulb across the wires.... see if it lights when horn pressed.

Yes, it could be the horn! (Sorry, couldn't resist).

Seriously, check the earth from the horn to the bodywork.
