hi done an engine swap and all is fine but ive got no glow plug light on the dash what can cause this as used to work

were is the glow plug relay at? ive searched and cant seem to find it unless its that big black one under the bonnet ?

the 1 thats attached to the fuse box ?

Due to cold starting problems on my 300tdi Disco I have changed the glow plugs as always is a good place to start.
Only thing is this has made no difference. Also the glow plug light does not come on when attempting to start the engine, but it does flash at me a few times while driving. Could this be a faulty relay?
Any thoughts would be great.

if its difficult to start now ,at this time of year ,then id look other places ,good clean airless fuel to pump (clear plastic pipe between filter and front banjo on injection pump is good diagnostic ),classic causes are sender unit at the tank ,sedimentor ,lift pump .,cylinder compression etc for light check relay

Sorry for the late reply. Many thanks for your advise I will have a look at it tomorrow, weather permitting.
If its air in the fuel lines though think that may have to be a garage job, as my expertise may not go that far, but we shall see.
