I have no electric windows working, checked all the fuses they`re fine the control panel for the windows still lights up.
The dash still says that the windows are not set (battery just renewed) so obviously the car still thinks they`re working me thinks.
Its been ****in of rain up here so havnt been using the windows for a while so dont know when they stopped workin.

The windows not set bit happens when you disconnect the battery,the centre console outstation sends digital signals to the Becm to command window,door mirror and sunroof operations.For some reason this isnt all happening,first thing to do if possible is to borrow a c.c.outstation,(the window switch pack) and see if that works.They usually die after Coca Cola,whiskey or gin get spilt on them.
If that doesnt work then it needs to go on Testbook to see if the Becm can communicate with the CCO.
Then it gets a bit more expensive.

i know why the windows werent set cos i changed the battery its just the whole switch pack isnt doing anything other than light up when i switch me lights on.
nothing has been spilled nothing is any different that would suggest the reason for fault, was working fine after i changed the battery over a week ago just over the last few days i`ve not used the windows.
is it possible that the switch pack just packed in?

probably not i`ll ask my uncle if he`s got any bits left but i seriously doubt it.
