as above, abs code 2-6 brake pedal position switch but the switch tests out ok, i have no brake lights on the disco or on the trailer

i have removed the the abs ecu and re-seated the cable but still no brake lights.

all fuses under the steering wheel and in the box in the engine compartment have been checked and are ok

anyone got any idea's? as is normal its booked in for its mot on Wednesday so i need to sort it asap.

as a short term fix (for mot) could you run live feed to switch and power brake lights that way? sure someone will say if not pos !!

sorry to waste peoples time, i was checking the cruise control switch so i suspect the brake light switch is at fault, just got to get it out and test it.
