Does anyone have feedback on the 3.0 litre Diesel Turbo?

I'm interested in buying one but am concerned about the motor. The prevoius
2.7 Turbo gave it's fair share of @#$& at about 100 000 km.

Manufacturers claim it is the quality of our local diesel fuel (South
Africa) that causes engine failure.

I'm interested to know if similar problems exist elsewhere.
