Hi guys i'm Glynn and live in Pontefract, West Yorkshire.

New to the site hence posting in this part first, its only polite.

Bought an 06 plate Freelander as our "own" first LR.

I have driven defenders (110 and 90's) as well as Discos and Range Rovers during my military career and am not a newbie to the vehicles.

Looking forward to some advice, banter etc.

Well, now that you've brought it up, I'm going to be quite candid. May the OP please excuse us and allow us a bit of intercontinental intercommunication.

I'm still learning about all of it. The whole bloody mess, including riding horses, even though I used to run a small trail riding business. It all seems to confuddle me these days.

Don't feed 'em the oats then!

Best thing to do with horses is watch young ladies ride 'em....you won't get far but tis a lot more fun :p
