Been told to introduce myself before I get savaged for posting a problem before saying hello.

Bought a 54 plate manual TD5 Disco June last year which I presume is one of the last made. Had 86k on the clock then and will now shortly hit 100k. Was a replacement for my previous car, a Lotus Exige S PP so just a slight change :). Won't be doing any more track days now unless they're looking for a mobile chicane.

Previously had one of the original Disco's as my last company car and always thought I'd go back to one someday. Family bereavements last year necessitated something practical for shunting stuff around.

Based in Chertsey, Surrey and live afloat.

are jim hello to you as i quoted i also have a disco td5 es premiun with 71 k on the clock it is a54 and last year i had the same prob as you no loss of fluid scratch head just occasionaly would get a long clutch and hard to disengage gear then it would come back so i changed the slave and now all is ok with the world one thing to point out is when you remove the slave it is a bugger to get back in if you have an undertray like i do clean the threads off and out first
