Hello Chaps,

I have just bought a 1977 Series 3 88 petrol on eBay which seems basically sound (chassis and bulkhead OK) but needs cosmetics and TLC.

I have a Freelander 2 as my day to day transport which got me interested in a classic to do up! I have already restored two Ferguson tractors (1948 and 1949) and a 1947 tipping Freguson trailer, plus I have a 1974 Freeman cruiser on the Great Ouse parked at the Pike and Eel (great pub).

I'm on two other forums - Friends of the Ferguson Heritage and the Freeman Cruiser Fan Club and I find them of enormous help. I'm hoping for the same effect here as I stumble through the "88 project"!

I'm based in North Cambridgeshire near the Lincolnshire border.
