Evening all,

Received my Nanocom Evolution II today and have been having a bit of a play. All it came with was a single A5 sheet "Quick Setup Guide V 1.1".
Went onto Nanocom Website, obtained unlock codes and entered into device ok.
Have looked at the on line User Guide which tells you the basics but have been unable to find anything that explaines the various functions available on the device and what you can and can't do with it. It's all probably very straight forward but, I don't like messing with anything I don't fully understand.
Is there anyone on the forum who knows this device well and could answere a few questions for me please, or, anyone in my area who could give a demo of the various functions........Thanks.

I don't think that I'm one of the 12 chosen tribes but mine came with a thumb stick describing all the functions. I think they are online as well.

Edit: I'm sure that it is written down somewhere but, although it appears that you can flick from test to test, some of them require you to shut the gizmo down and start again. If you get a can't communicate with xxxx, it is worth restarting the Nanocom.

No thumbstick on mine either but there was a link to some online guides somewhere. Think it was the same place you went to unlock it? Either way, I downloaded a load of the pdfs. Most of it is pretty intuitive once you click through it. I use a slightly rounded broken pencil to press the buttons as it is a little on the small size!

Worth putting them of a thumb stick with the two versions of Rave, Microcat and Wammers' musings.

If you tried printing that lot to stick in the car for reference, you'd find that you couldn't get in!
