Richards do the chassis still, normally galved but I am sure you can ask them not to galv it if you really want unmolested steel

btw depends also what series you have, there is a chap on ebay doing series one chassis flatpacks non galved, you just have to weld them up or get them done if you can't weld, costwise if you include the welding and galving if you want it, I doubt there is any saving over the fully made up one thru the s1 club but you don't have to wait as long to get it, although I think the club one is around 2 months wait which isn't long imho

I would agree , but then again I remember one manufacturer used to offer a bare steel one that came in quite a bit cheaper than galv, mind you that was back when you could get a s3 chassis and have change from £900!
