Just been looking at new regs.

Defender 110 Hard Top 2008 2.4 Puma 58 plate

Have not changed headlight bulbs
Reversing light not working but not an issue because of age of vehicle
2.4 Puma does not have DPF
Does leak a bit of oil

Do not think the new regs will affect me much due to age of vehicle?

Nah you should be fine.

Reverse light is for 2009 onwards.

small oil leak should be fine - depends where you go i suppose.
