Hi,
I'm new to this forum and land rovers. I'm very close to changing my second vehicle for a land rover. Thought I had better see if I can get some advice from this community to ensure I get the right one at the right price.
I'm from Shrewsbury, got a wife and son. Like to run and keep fit.

I posted in the defender section, I really like the defender 110, think it's what I need and can afford.

Got a budget of £5000 max and don't mind travelling for the right one. Where do you all recommend purchasing a land rover for this budget?

I think a 110 with a 200tdi, keen on getting mechanical and getting into repairs and improving it. Also need back seats for the family and space to transport fitness kit sometimes. Also keen to hit some off roading and my wife to use it in the snow etc. it's our second vehicle.

I swapped my 2010 Hi Lux pick up for 2003 110 TD5 SW (I had to add £2k to the pot) last year and not looked back since, the children and my wife love it. Just be ready to spend 30mins a week free to do the "little job's' that arise
