what the new defender engine ?? like the one in my van that i have had trouble with for 3 years ????anyone got any thoughts/opinions on the 2.4 diesels?
what troubles you had? They were modified very slightly for the LR use, but not by much. I believe they had the DMF (dual mass flywheel - get me!) removed to allow lower revving, a completely remapped ECU, and a different oil pickup to allow for operation on greater angles
