hay up lzer's..

right this is going to sound cheeky as fcuk but its the last hope before i go buy one for one job!!

i need to borrow a mig welder for a day dosent need to be expencive or even a great make it just needs to work..

i'm in leeds so better if its a local lzer as i can't travel at mo due to the job at hand..

in return for the loan i will put a new reel on wether gas or no gas(small reel not 5kg job thou :D )... and if its a gas mig i will also supply my own gas what ever is left will be also given back to you..

my mig decided to give up the ghost and my arc is too powerfull for the job so you guy's are as i say my last chance before i have to buy another mig(i don't use them often enough to be viable and my last one was 10+ years old so cant moan it died too much :rolleyes: )..

hope someone can help and thanks in advance :eek:

i'm really after borrowing rather than buying and if i do buy it wont be a cosmo it will be snap on or sip industrial..

but again thanks for taking the time mate it is appriciated ;)

basicly i have about 8 inch of weld to place so it would work cheeper to pay for it doing than buying the welder itself..

but this is where i'm tighter than a duck ass since i can weld i won't pay someone else to do the work i can personaly do myself..

so that bring's me back to wanting to borrow someone's mig for a day..

if not i will get me dad to half up and he can keep it at his work shop(he dosent have one only tig and i have a arc that he borrows when needing something a little heavier, oh and the landy wont fit into his workshop has its a low roofed unit ffs :(

ahh well i did say it was a cheeky last resort :D
 
I've got mig but it starts at 60 amps and it needs a new liner. Got a small arc that might do it. that goes down to 40amps
 
I got one you can borrow but I am in somerset. Unless you are headed this way It may work out a wee bit pricey on the juice.

Yer Welcome. I've just finished putting the house back together. and the cat's tranqualisers are starting to work.
