will it be a swine to steer if i put a smaller s/wheel on a 90 without pwr streering..anyone done it? its got some different seats in so its a bit tight gettin in .
 
yes... if your running anything over the standard 750 tires then yes, you may get away with an inch or 2 smaller but i wouldnt waste your money.

Lose some weight:D Seriously though a small steering wheel and no power steering will have you looking like popeye in no time.
 
Got a wee steering wheel on me III, must be similar. It's a doddle off road or in car parks. It needs a bit of effort to turn it, but only stationary. Moving it's ok. My III duz 80 comfortably on the Mway & I dunt have no problems.

Thanks for that. I will try one and see, off to t'auto jumble at Rufforth on satdi i will get one for next to nowt...is there a code or number fot spline size?
