I set up my newly received Nanocom Evolution today, everything looks ok, except it won't communicate with the EAS? First few goes it opened a file/menu and crashed, as in screen froze, now it just shuts down (although not completely, the screen goes v.dark, you can just about make out the image. Re-boot and everything works (except EAS) what do ya recon????????

Where are you? If close maybe a member can compare. There was an issue a while ago with some modules not working.

Have you unplugged it while it was in the program? If so you may have corrupted the software. Contact BBS support.
