Just bought this today :) - not got it yet though, get it in a week.

Disco 3 (08 plate) commercial (proper one, not a converted car)

Not my first choice of colour but, it's not terrible :)

I hate ya :p

you'll hate me more when i tell you my VAT registered business actually bought it... so can claim the VAT back and then i get loads of tax relief as it is a commercial + can claim back VAT on services / repairs :D

not a converted car?why has it got 4 doors then?

cus they all do. Difference is it is classed as a commercial vehicle on the V5 and gets a reduced road tax rate. Also makes it easier to be classed as a commercial vehicle for the business.

I'm getting them to do all the belts, which includes one at the back of the engine - it's apparently not engine out, but, not far off to do it  LR aren't known for their design skills

and yes bob... it's a hair dresses car... i know lots of hair dresses who need a commercial

dunno - you get more load space in a D3 commercial than a 110 and i do actually use it for moving lots of boxes around for my business, so, a 110 wasn't an option.

So the the dead D1 turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

The ruddy hours we put it on that too! :D:p

yep,its quite big for sure, easy enough to put a winch on tho....

True... but i have a series with a winch on the front... the D3 is more for business tbh

i know... sorry! had it less than a year and we've had dash out and back in, engine out and new one in, wheels on and off countless times for laning trips, and various other little bits.

Lets hope the D3 doesn't need ANY of that in the near future :amen:

Aint a commercial so added the work use to there std insurance

thats good,

i tried that with a 90 sw and they told me tae feckin do 1 ,,,its only got 2 seats,

a colleague of doris has a navara for feeding their horse pets, they both work in an office but have to have comercial...

its awkward out there at the moment, mine just tripled...

i know loads of hairdressers that can afford a D3

Nice motor... if you don't like the colour you could always look at having it vinyl wrapped?

They do look smart with a few off-roady bits on them too ;)
