I need the codes to give me more information on my son's MOT fail sheet there are codes at the end of each problem like (6.1.b.2) it dose give a little information but i know there is more in depth info behind the codes.

All the information you need should be clearly printed on the fail sheet.
6.1.b.2 code refers to the section of the test schedule the fail is applicable to. Section 6. Item 1. b Section Item. 2 Reason for fail. http://www.motuk.co.uk/manual/contents.htm
