What engine is the 3.9 diesel then, that isn't standard! I would have a look at (and possible a speak to) autosparks as a first point of contact. I got all three looms form them when I rebuilt mine after the fire. as you are already not standard you could also take the opportunity to upgrade to the later 300tdi wiring looms which use econoseal connectors and blade fuses rather than the rubber bullet plugs and glass fuses, but that does come with additional work to make everything fit.
My Defender is a Perentie 1989 Australian Military version with a 3.9 diesel Isuzu engine.
