The LSE left me stranded on the way to work. It cut out and wouldn't restart. The only symptoms recently have been a heater that wasn't very warm unless going at 50mph+. Today the heater was stone cold.
Running on gas it cut out at a set of lights. Reluctantly it restarted on petrol and ran fine. I stopped, checked the coolant - yes there is some, a bit down maybe but not much. Car restarted ok and swopped to gas ok.
Another 5 miles and it cut out on a trailing throttle coming up to some lights (on gas again). My feeling is that had I not stopped it would have kept going but I could be wrong.
I can't see how the heater fits in with this but it must be related.
Anyway AA relayed to the local 4x4 garage and I was only delayed 90 mins or so.
I'll be interested to find out what is wrong.
