hi this is my first post I recently bought a 2008 freelander 2 auto 84k on the clock had few minor issues which I solved but it now has a drone whilst driving I thought this would just be a wheel bearing but garage I took it too cant find faulty bearing and said I need a new gearbox it does make slight wheezing noise between first and second gears when pushed hard but not between any other gears I changed transmission oil hoping this would help but made no difference any help would be great don't want to pay a fortune gearbox replacement
