i was just wondering if anyone has attending this over the last 2 years. i was thinking of doing it this year as i sounds like a good get together. or shouldnt i bother? is it going to be a disapointment like the LRO?

for those who dont know, its on Sunday the 1st oct. leaving from crystal palace park at 9am. its £25 entry which includes camping in the park on sat night (after 4pm), t shirt and plague. sounds like a bargain nights accom. in london to me! then at Brighton everyone parks up on the front, where there will be some events and trade stands and stuff.

i will be travelling from along the M4 from Bristol be good to hook up with people on the way... if anyone is interested :rolleyes:.
do you think we can get a landyzone gathering together to travel down to Brighton?

I did it last year and will be doing it this year too. last year I took the lad (4 then) but this year I'm taking both lads and probably the misus too!
 
Well Im not willin to pay 25 quid for a t shirt and the plague -sod that!! (ain't that contagious, you really shouldn't have to pay for it??)

maybe the t shirt and the black death arnt worth £25... but a nights accomadation in London has to be worth it. doesnt it? i suppose its only worth it if you have friends in London ey Pag.

No, being seri-arse, it does sound good, and I ain't seen Brighton before, I've always wanted to travel. So yes, I'm interested.
 
By the way, I'd just need to shoot down the M1, so how does that fit in wiv yer Landyzone convoy thingy?
 
well i think it would be good to get a couple of lads together in london for a pizz-up and then convoy to brighton (which i assure you is a loverly place). but only if i can lead in my 2.5 n/a 90 which only does 55 on the motorway :( you will all have to wait!

you may even have to wait longer if i fit my 2" lift kit before oct 1st!

well pagan, i would love it if it was a massive group of lads... but at this rate, im happy with vimmin, families, dogs and even cats! hell, bring your goldfish!

Well truth is, yes I can drink a pint, but I need to hold the glass wiv 2 hands (don't look so good duzzit??) and secondly a pint would last me all night, I ain't that big so I'm officially a lightweight!! cheap night out tho!!

fan-****ing-tastic! as the welsh would say, i am actually welsh so i can say it :) 2 hands is good, i always use 2 hands. i feel like i appreciate it more. its always the 1st pint with 2 hands. after that i dont care and im anyones.

by the way, it wont be a cheap night out in london, even on 1 pint!

how far down the M1 do you have to come? could meet you in crystal palace park sat night if you like and then motor down to bright-1 together?

anyone else? sheddy? yella?
 
well you learn something new about people every day!!

Would get on M1 J14 or J13 so yes that would be tidy (thats welsh innit?!);)

Well if you are going to meet up there, then me and my mate may as well join you.

There was about 700 landys last year. The ****-up happened in Crystal Palace park. Don't worry about only doing 55 - most of the convoy down there doesn't top that.

C.B's aren't obligatory but are good fun!

I'll be coming in via j30 of the M25 but will divert north to the M1 to make a trip out of it and if it means we get to bung-up the motorway :)
