Hey all,
Looking for a little help. Finally, after months of worrying about it - it finally happened. The door key broke off in the lock. I wasn't worried - I was one step ahead! I had already bought a barrel set and keys for my 2000 TD5.
So today I started pulling it apart thinking it was going to be an easy job of just removing the barrel and replacing them. Well I've only just now figured out what is wrong - looks like the door handles are the wrong ones and from an older defender. I'm looking for a little confirmation quickly before I order some new stuff.
This is the back of the door / lock. They have a screw at the end of the barrel that seems to match:

vs. the ones I have which look more like:

Ideally, I would want to replace the door handle with the right ones. Do I just buy replacement handles like:

Looks like it but I wanted to make sure my thinking was right. I need to order something tomorrow
