OK here's the problem, air con not working for some time so went and did the obvious and had it re-gassed. Unfortunately this was a total waste of time as there was plenty of gas in the system and total waste of money.

So it must be the control system. Mine is a 300Tdi man, no edc so has the simplest control system.

Anyone any idea where the relays are located so I can test which one has packed up? I think they might be in the passenger foot well as there are several down there lurking, but I have no idea what they all do. All fuses are OK both in the engine bay and in the main fuse board.

Any suggestions gratefully received.
