My RR had a manual inflation kit installed when I bought it (see pic) Found a leak coming from the air line joint marked blue (top), seems to be a pressure fitting going to the rear.

Anyone got a good source for a similar fitting? Could do with a nice cheap fix so I can get it back on the road.

Follow-up question: does this set-up mean the compressor is not sending any air to the rear bags?

Just sort the EAS out properly and you won't need that crap.

That's the plan, few large bills this month tho so cheap fix for now till funds allow. Currently gathering spares together, few other jobs need doing... will be plauging the forum over the next week or two

OK good man, properly working EAS is best bet.

Those are standard 6mm airline fittings. Probably Tucks would have them or other compressed airline suppliers. However they probably just need reseating to stop the leak. Push the pipes in. Maybe re arrange which leg of the tee the pipes go into so there isn't a pull on it as they tend to do due the the bend in the ends of the pipes. Also consider that more rubber may need paring from the valve stems to allow them to better engage in the tee if thats where the leak is. Test with soapy water.
With this setup the onboard compressor is not used. They are the direct feeds to the air bags. Inflate to around 60psi.

I thought if 2 bags were joint in a tee like that it could lean over as the air shifts onto one side?
Anyhow the leak is probbably just a poor connection try removeing and reseating the offending conection

If you must fit manual valves they should be independent so you can adjust each corner separately to account for load. If you are driving light, just a driver, what he has will do unless he puts a few bags of cement on one corner. Then it would lean a bit.
