Hi All, haven't been on here for a long time but need some help. My Land Rover 90 (F reg) needs a bit of work - rear cross member change, bulk head repair, door frame repair and probably a bit more. I always wanted to do this myself but due to business commitments I just don't seem to find the time. Can anyone recommend someone or garage who can quote/do the work. I'm in north Kent so ideally as local as possible but really want to get this sorted as I really miss driving it! Many thanks

Can’t recommend anywhere, not my neck of the woods, but x-member and bulkhead repair could end up costing an arm-and-a-leg at garage rates! Hopefully someone on here will come up trumps for you.

hi mate

i’m afraid not, there useto be a guy who done welding etc but closed down

May be worth looking for a local agricultural welder, a lot of them are dab hands at landrover crossmembers

MC Autocentre in Piltdown. Welded up my rotten for doors, great work.
