I doubt the locals will be best pleased but the revenue to harbourmaster must be huge.
Personally I dont have a problem with it and would expect the emmetts to ferkin moan more.

There's loads of em laid up down there BoB. I can't remember if it was by the ferry at Lerryn or if it was the king Harry ferry, there were about 4 or 5 of em moored up. They were loads of em sat just offshore too.

Seems pretty busy and said to get even more.I dont mind but i can see most sides to it.We have one of the best harbours in the world so lets take da money innum:D

Who cares if they got no work as we still earn outta them.

Providing they pay the mooring fees before going bust.:(

I suppose that would be fair point but we got their ships and there aint nothing like a ripped arf cornishman for revenge......:D

could make plenty of shopin trolleys outta one of them buggers.

I read that the tankers are loaded with petrol / crude oil, but the captains are refusing to unload because the price is too low at the moment. So they just wait until it goes up again. Just sitting there with a skeleton crew is probably not that costly when you consider how much they would make with just a 1p rise in a litre.

Like you say though, good for the local economy, although the two pictured are empty.
